Reitz North America was pleased to have Mr. Wilfried Wiegers visiting our facility in Aberdeen NC.
Wilfried is one of Reitz Group’s senior service technicians. He is responsible for assembly, repair, calibration and controlling of our fans all around the world. In his 28 years at Reitz, Wilfried has visited 38 countries.
During his stay at Reitz North America, Wilfried taught our staff how to calibrate, balance and service Reitz Fans & Blowers. His proverbial German perfectionism will enable our technicians to service and, especially, optimize every fan’s performance.
Mr. Wiegers used a test rig (see blue KXE Fan below) on loan from Reitz Germany. During multiple runs and hours of instruction we were able to perfect our skills to serve our customers better.
Equipped with this new skillset, we are now able to test our customers’ fans directly on site and make recommendations that will save them money and time. Impending equipment failure can be predicted and thus, spare parts ordered in time before the error occurs. Fans and Blowers can be optimized to run better and more efficient. This will also prevent part failure and unusual wear and tear.
